We Al Canary gives services with quality process, we are following the two principles “
fit for purpose “ and “ right first time” (mistakes should be eliminated) QA includes
ensuring the Quality of materials and products, assemblies and components, in services
and inspection we realizing that quality is determined by indented users, clients. We
always are following Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Quality Function
Development (QFD).
As a subcontractor for electrical installation, we are following the standards in line with
ISO to get Accreditation. These principles and practices leads us to achieve good quality
works for results.
Our aim is to establish best practices through out the company and benchmark our
processes and procedures against professional standards is at the very heart of this
endeavor.
Al Canary Electrical & Sanitary LLC is in process of getting ISO Certificate from the
following third party:
• Lloyds Register Quality Assurance.
• UKAS Quality Management.
Total quality control is the most necessary inspection control of all in case where,
despite statistical quality control techniques or quality improvements implemented.
We Al Canary realized that, it all departments approached quality with an open mind,
success was possible if the management led the quality improvement process.
The company wide quality approach places an emphasis on four aspects,
1. Elements such as controls job management, adequate processes, performance and
integrity criteria and identification of records.
2. Competence such as knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications.
3. Soft elements such as personnel integrity, confidence, organizational culture,
motivation, team spirit and quality relationships.
4. Infrastructure (as it enhances or limits functionality).
